Based in North Kerala, SAFE( Sanitation Assurance for Food Establishments) is an initiative founded by retired Health Inspectors from the Kerala Health Department and Municipal Services,bringing together decades of valuable field experience with a fresh and young- minded approch to food hygiene and sanitation. Our team combines practical knowledge of Public Health,Sanitation,Food safety and regulatory requirements to help restaurents and food establishments maintain high standards of hygiene,safety,and customer confidence.
SAFE’s activities are guided by senior professionals who have served in Kerala Health Department,including retired Food Safety Officers and experienced Food Technologist. We closely followthe evolvingmodern food culture,emerging food trends,technological developments and changes in thefood safety laws and regulations governing the food industry. By keeping pace with these developments,SAFE aim to provide practical,scientifically sound,and up-to-datesanitation solutions that help food business meet regulatory requirements while building a culture of food safety and earning the lasting trust to their customers.
